As Co Chair for the Graduation Show I was responsible for the overall production which involved overseeing 22 committees in charge of various aspects of the show. In addition to our regular class work we held bi-weekly meetings to ensure effective progress was made, approve and guide the overall process. Coordinating in excess of 100 students and ensuring they met their timelines and commitments was a great challenge. This was a wonderful experience which required a great deal of leadership, effective time management and conflict resolution skills. It also provided many opportunities to develop my public speaking abilities. The event was a great success and my efforts earned rave reviews and the respect of fellow/future graduates. Photography of the invitations provided by my very talented friend Oleksandra Korobova.
